Hello world!

Okay, so I’m finally hip and with the “IN” crowd.  I never thought I’d have a blog of my very own….so this is really exciting.  I think.

I recently read a blog written by Andy Erickson (http://cincinnatirecruiter.wordpress.com/) and it inspired me to start my own blog.

So what’s with the blog name you ask?  WELL!! Let me tell you.

I have a friend a.ka. Former co-worker, partner in crime, underwear thief, and best of all…..WonderTwin 2.

We started a MySpace page because we thought we are the most hilarious 30 something’s on the planet.  That didn’t last very long because my husband said our blogs made us look like “Ho’s”.  He’s not fun!

So that’s where we got started with the Wonder Twin bit.  We actually don’t look anything alike, she’s a white bread fed gal from Kentucky and I’m a rice paddy pickin Asian chick from the Eastside.

Our co-workers used to be afraid of us…now that she no longer works at the company…they’re only afraid of me.  I was recently described as “alarming”.  Is that bad?  My response to that was “people don’t know how to handle me when we first meet, but that’s part of my ZESTY personality”.

I just like to think that during any encounter I’ve brought laughter into someone’s life if only for that short time.  That and maybe some things they didn’t know and perhaps DIDN’T WANT to know….but again, “zesty personality”.

So for my first blog post I’d like to thank Andy Erickson for giving me the idea, my husband for putting up with my zesty personality and Wonder Twin #2 for making a huge contribution to many good things (and bad things) that have happened in my life.

Peace, love and all that stuff,

Jacinta

  2. So, WonderTwins. eh? When you touch hands, which one of you turns into an animal and which one into a bucket of ice water? ;-)
